Once your order is ready to ship, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days. For custom pieces, please allow approximately 2 weeks for creation before shipping. I appreciate your patience as I craft your unique piece with care!

If you’re unsure of your ring size, I recommend visiting a local jewelry store for an accurate measurement. I’m also happy to guide you through other sizing methods to help ensure a perfect fit.

Minor adjustments can be made to increase ring size slightly, up to ½ size larger. However, please note that rings cannot be sized down. I’m happy to discuss any sizing needs to ensure your piece fits comfortably and beautifully.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposing it to water, lotions, and perfumes, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. A gentle polish with a soft cloth will keep metals and stones shining beautifully.

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom orders. For non-custom items, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. My goal is to ensure you are in love with your jewelry!
